Do you know about astral projection?

Hello MyLotters YOu must have heard of astral projection I think. That would be a wonderful experience and I read a book about it which made me quiet excited. Have you ever experienced astral projection? Do you believe we human can do such actions?Personally I believe it is possible but haven't experienced it yet.
