I have this Buss in my ear and its driving me crazy!!! Some say its Tinitus and there is no hope of it going away but I just want to say no no no there must be some hope. I found a something on the website that had me cross my index and middle fingers put them on the back of my neck and flick 25 to 50 times it took the ringing away for about 10 seconds but then it came back... Is there any hope or am I stuck with this. Oh I don't have high blood pressure either.

it most likely is tinitus, but i would get a second opinion...sign yourself up for a hearing test, go to your family dr and ask him/;her to do this and get it checked out and then you can see waht your options are...
