Do you ever think of something nice and juicy to post on mylot but when you sit to do it you totally forget what it was. Most of the time this happens when im in bed bout to go to sleep. I think of what to do the next day on here but then i forget what it was. I could write it down but im trying to go to sleep so i dont want to get back up. does this happen to anyone else?

Has happened many many times for me. More than I would like to count, I am sure. There have been many times though when I have been at work, and such, where a thought has popped into my head to where I have actually taken the time to jot it down if I can. I am always carrying a notebook around almost any place I go anymore just to make sure I do not forget something that I need to be remembering.

lol...I thought I was alone on this one...seems like I have company! I usually think of something I need to start the day before and then after I sleep, I forget all about it. In the morning, I'm thinking,...'Oh, there was something I wanted to start a discussion about! Now what was it.' And I'm usually in bed when the thought occurs, so I can't even jot it down. Sometimes I remember it later but not always.

This actually happened to me the other day. I woke up with a list of ideas of things that I thought would have made great topics, but I had to go to class so when I got back from class, the list had slipped my mind and I could only recall one thing. I guess I'll have to start making lists of what I wanted to post or something.

I seem to get my best ideas about mylot when I'm at work, where I don't have internet access. If I happen to have my planner on me, I'll jot them down in my planner, but sometimes I'll be busy with a customer or something else and not get around to writing them down. Then I come home and log on and I'm like "Why don't I have any ideas???" But I can always pull something from somewhere, even if it's just a book I'm reading or an observation about life or people. :P

Yes it happens to me to. Usually when I'm driving. Sometimes when I go to sleep, but when i'm driving its like my thinking time. Then when I get home my kids distract me or i'm reading the mail or get started to chores and I forget. LOL

Right and the home way home while your thinking your probaly thinking and I WONT FORGET THIS WHEN I GET HOME, IM GOING TO GO RIGHT ON THE COMPUTER AND WRITE IT, or IM GOING TO WRITE IT DOWN AS SOON AS I GET HOME. you get home and everything else just leaves your mind, even though 5 seconds ago you told yourself you will NOT forget LOL
