We Have SNOW !!!

We only got a few inches last night, but it was enough for the schools to be closed. I think I was more excited than my 8yr old son!! I couldn't wait to get outside and make a fort, and a snowman! Guess what? It's SNOWING MORE NOW!!!! So I think school will be closed again tommorrow!! More snowball fights, bigger fort!! I can't wait!! I think I'll get my hubby and go make naked snow angels...after the neighbors are asleep of course!! #:0

It snowed heavily last free days here. And I have never experience so heavy snow. It is said that 14 provinces here were attacked by snowstorm at the same time. Many people are worried about it, though I'm so happy as I can took pictures on snow in gardens.
And according to weather forecast, it is about to snow again since tomorrow. Maybe I can learn to make a snowman and practise my skill on snowball fighting! Haha...

For a snowball, you just grab a handful of snow and pack it together in your hands into a ball. For a snowman start with a bigger ball and roll it on the ground, making it bigger and packing the snow on it as you roll. It works best with no gloves on, but you have to stop to warm up your hands. We make little forts to hide behind for snowball fights. It is just like a small wall of snow. What ever you do HAVE FUN!! #:)

Ahh you’re so lucky! We don’t get snow here T_T ..i got to experience winter when I was studying in the UK. I miss the winter season! Many people here think that I’m strange because I miss winter. Lol. Our country is warm all year round, that’s why I miss the winter season so much! ;)

It is so wonderful to have lots of fun on the snowing days. I envy you indeed to make fort, snowman and having snowball fights outside where there is lovely white everywhere. I have never experienced such exciting moment before as I live in a tropical country with only dry and wet season. Hopping that I will have the chance to visit places during beautiful snowing day. I believe you are really good in making snowman and the naked snow angels must be unique and beautiful masterpiece of work.

We have had quite a bit of snow this year. But the weather is really strange, and the temperature varies alot. One day it snows the next we have rain. Now we have 30 or so cm. Schools never close due to snow here. I have never ever experienced that here - not even when we have several meters of snow.
I did live in Kansas for a year and there my school closed several times when it snowed a little bit.
Nice to hear you are enjoying the snow:-)
I do not like it much myself. But today it is really nice out - sometimes the air gets really nice and crisp and clean after a snowfall.

Its also snowing here as I write this. It started last night and they said its suppose to be light snow and ending at 10am but it dosnt look like its going to stop anytime soon. I dont ever remember getting so much snow in one year before. It seems like every week theres a big snow storm. Last year we barely got snow now its snowing every week. The only time I dont like the snow is when I have to work I hate pushing carts in the snow.
