1.change the perception of time. Don't be in a hurry 2.Eat fresh, nutritious food 3.Get restful sleep 4.Take at least 2 multivitamins with minerals every day 5.Exercise regularly 6.Don't put toxins in your life, including toxic food, toxic emotions, toxic relationships and avoid toxic environments. 7.Look at s called problems as opportunities What other can we do and should we do to look younger in a healthy way?

I too try to keep myself fit and the best formula for me has been fresh food and natural diet. I dont take junk food and take some additives like alovera juice 50 ml a day. You must be knowing that alovera is a key ingredinet in almost all the cosmetic creams.

I can honestly say I actually do all of your suggestions with one exception I only take one multivitamin each but I also drink a bottle of Ensure every morning...result I feel better and am healthier than I have ever been. Thanks for sharing these good rules for a healthier life.
