Hypothyroidism and reducing thyroid antibodies

Has anyone had any luck with reducing their thryoid antibodies? Rather than address only the symptom (hypothyroidism), I am dedicated to addressing the underlying problem (autoimmunity). Personally, I have noticed a profound effect by making changes in my diet. I would enjoy hearing about others' ideas and experiences with affecting their antibody levels!

it's the first time i've heard about thyroid antibodies. thyroid problems - from grave's disease, hypothyroidism, non-toxic nodular goiters... run in our family - so this idea on autoimmunity is quite interesting. can you share with us what change in diet did you do?

I also am a hypothyroid patient... I would love to know more about this autoimmunity that would help address this condition on hypothyroidism... Right now I am taking medicines to correct my thyroid level. and it would be for the next two years with this medication...Can there be other choices other than these medicines... I would love to hear your personal experiences....
