conversion of VW multivan 52 reg to lux 2 berth

I am looking to convert my multivan (caravelle genus) to a double bedded campervan I want to be able to get into bed from the side, not one end,cooking, washing fridge can all be minimal if I can achieve comfort in the sleep department. Maybe I'm expecting too much, but I hope someone out there has a few ideas as to layouts etc. Happy to put a high top on the vehicle if this helps
