Police Officer Involved In Deadly Hit-And-Run

You expect the police to protect you and not to cause you harm but that is not always the case. Officials said a Nissan pickup truck rear-ended a Ford Explorer at about 6 a.m. on northbound Interstate 95 on Monday, officials said. The Explorer spun out of control, flipped over a guardrail and landed in the southbound lanes. One man in the Explorer, identified as Antonio Martinez, 28, of Baltimore, was killed and two others were hurt, according to police. The two injured, Jamie Martinez Salas, 35, and Jose Olvera, 19, both of Baltimore, were taken to Harford Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. How could this happen?
