Kate and Sonny - What do you think?

In a way I think Kate/ Connie got what she derserved. At the same time I see her point to Sonny about him actually being in love with the girl she once was. He really did try to get her to turn back into Connie. I think she was changing but not as fast as he wanted her to. I think she truly was in love with him but she wanted both her world and him and it wasn't going to work. She has a great career that she loves. I don't know if she made the right choice picking her career over Sonny, but I don't think she has the choice now.

I think the dramatic break-up was very contrived. Claudia Zacchara will be blowing into town very soon and they can't have Sonny permanently attached to anyone because they are making way for the fabulous chemistry that Sarah and Maurice share. I feel really bad for Megan Ward/Kate as she is being pushed aside for what was great chemistry years ago and TPTB are assuming will be great chemistry once again. I wonder if she will be kept on the backburner, just in case Claudia and Sonny don't work out???

I feel bad for her. She's just really scared of "his world"...which is understandable. I think that Carly is the only one (next to Sam) that can live and survive that life. I'm glad though that he stuck to his decision and sent her packing... she needs to remember where she came from.
I wonder if it will ever come out who she is and that they were high school sweethearts?
