Spanish driver sues dead crash cyclist for damage

This inconsiderate guy is suing the family of a dead cyclist that hit his luxury car during an accident!
Businessman Tomas Delgado says 17-year-old Enaitz Iriondo caused $20,500 of damage to his Audi A8 in the fatal 2004 crash in La Rioja region, the El Pais newspaper reported.
Delgado, who has faced no criminal charges for the incident, wants a further 6,000 euros to cover the cost of hiring another vehicle while his car was being repaired, El Pais said.
This guy really makes me want to vomit and I hope that he would crash and paralyzed in his car and then he would know how to be nice to people.

I just read this quote

I think that is disgusting. How dare he go after a grieving family for money? I mean really! I'm sure if he can afford the car he drives, and he can afford to hire a lawyer, than he can certainly deal with fixing his own dang car!!! Some people are so greedy it is disgusting.
