I always love the Prisoner in Azkaban because the whole story turned upside down when Sirius revealed himself. Of course I mourned over Dumbledore but whp doesn't right? What about you? Would youmind is JK Rowling make some special books about harry and his marriage life?

My favourite Harry Potter is definitely the fifth book, the largest, the tome, The Order of the Phoenix out of all of them that is the book that I have enjoyed the most and read the most, because I like Professor Umbridge! She is a great character and you can just imagine her as a teacher at school, so realistic, so unpleasant and nasty and I love it when she gets her come uppance! It's probably the best film out of them all so far. I think now that book 7 has been completed Harry Potter should be put to rest and to write more would spoil it personally.

I agree with you but there are intriguing personalities in the series that also needs to be highlighted too. There are lots of "why" that needs to be answered. But you also have a point that it might only spoil the mystery Harry Potter brings.

Personally, I enjoyed the Goblet of Fire as a book. It was a great transitional book. This was the book where Voldemort returned, but of course it's also a good story and it shows the growth of the characters as they begin to transition from youth to teenage issues (including relationships, maturity, etc.). I wouldn't mind if J.K. Rowling made more books to further explore the different stories that have since happened, maybe before the series and after the series. However, I would worry about too much story, leaving nothing to the imagination of everyone. My example is Star Wars; while the official stories are the movies, there are literally hundreds of back stories from different authors that are flooding the "universe" for everyone. There is too much at times. But a little more of the stories of the world of Harry Potter would not be a bad thing.

It's a tie between Prisoner of Azkhaban and Half-Blood Prince. I like Prisoner of Azkhaban because of Sirius Black. Yes, it was a good twist. But also, I really felt for Harry. Because for the first time in his life, he had somebody he called "family." Half-blood Prince because finally we get to see what Harry's mission will be aside from defeating Voldemort.

And I think, I would prefer that JK Rowling will write more of back stories of the characters. Like the story of Albus Dumbledore and the adventures he went through before he became who he was. Or some story about James and Lily Potter. Or whatever happened to the Dursley when they left Privet Drive. Then we can also explore the story of Neville Longbottom and his parents. After all his parents suffered terribly. Or we can really go way back, on how the four Wizards Helga Hufflepuff, Godric Gryffindor, Rowena Ravenclaw, and Salazar Slytherin met. How they built Hogwarts, and the fall-off between the 3 and Slytherin. Then we can also go to the otherside, and get Voldermort's story. I mean the real story ... and find out what really went wrong. There's a lot of ground we can explore here.

I agree with you, and maybe the author could explain further why she said that Dumbledor is gay...

I love all of the harry potter books but if I've to choose the best then it'll be "Harry Potter and the Goblet of fire", the 4th book. It was so full of suspense that I couldn't put it down for a single minute. The grip of the author was very strong on the story line all the time and I certainly had no idea of what was happening, not until she herself revealed all the mystery at the end. However, my least favorite book was the 5th one and I kinda felt that J.K. Rowling lost her touch in that book. She left too many dangling strings in the story which, in my opinion, ruined the story.
