The spicier the better. My husband had to go on a road call so we were having a late dinner and I decided the night before to try a new Mexican dish out. I forget sometimes that my husband cant handle really spicy food and he said it was spicy. To me the spicier the better and sometimes I go a little overboard in my seasonings. But I love to give my food a little kick but sometimes it has a little to much kick. But he ate a little bit and I told how sorry I was, that I just got carried away. He laughed and said no big deal, so he ended up eating a sandwhich. So when your in your kitchen cooking how spicy do you like your food mild, medium or HOTTTTT!!!! What are some of your favorite spices to use?

As long as there's unlimited water supplied beside me, am willing to go Volcano hot!

I guess I usually like my food somewhere between mild and medium. I like a little spice...too much and it's just very uncomfortable to my mouth and stomach.

Here we tend to have light food. That means to say we pay attention to the fresh taste. We add less salt, too. As to spicy food, it's not usual for us to eat. However, there are various kinds of foods here from all over the world. So sometimes we will eat spicy food. Not everybody gets used to spicy food, but we still like to have a try.

Well I like my food to be spicy, but you got to know when to stop with the spices. hehehe The thing is... Your stomach could suffer a grave damage if you put in too much spice. I like chillie peppers, pepperoni and I don't know what else. =)) I'm kind of hungry now, talking about food. hehehehe

I cook 4 my Mom who has Parkinson's, As she has gotten on in years, she now prefers bland food as opposed to the "spicy" stuff I used to cook 4 her...I think spicier is better 4 U Healthwise & Tastier Tonguewise...I give her the bland stuff, then spice it up 4 myself... No such thing as "too much garlic" in any of my dishes, and I know it's not 4 everone, Yet I gravitate 2 people who like spicy foods, Any one's experience similar? Just curious... AC

I absolutely love spicy food. Being from Louisiana, I was raised eating spicy food, so I can't do bland food, tis why I don't eat out much.
