Miley Cyrus has legally changed her name according to UsWeekly. She was born Destiny Hope Cyrus. She has changed it to Miley Ray Cyrus. She said she's been called Miley since she was a little girl and it's the name she's always used. She used the name Ray as a tribute to her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus.
