Help with Blogging and referencing a link

Ok I need someones help please. I just created a blog. At one point I refer to a site but on my blog it just shows the link but it isn't underlined so you can't click on it and go to that page. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong??? I appreciate anyone who can help me. Thanks so much.
