Do you have any weird sparse or stray hairs that grow in funny places?!!? I just answered a question about laser hair removal is why i ask. I have this one stray hair that grows under my chin that i keep having to pluck, and my dear mother said "oh just one?" when i asked her about it. She then proceeded to tell me there will be more the older i get.. Is this true ?! My chin hair doesn't grow when i'm pregnant either. But it starts back up again after the baby comes out! Any explination ? Please someone!! answer my questions!! FRIENDS, COUNTRYMEN/WOMEN, LEND ME ... SOME INFORMATION!!

Oh Yes Sunshine its true. After the age of 40 the hair you want to grow and should grow disappears, and hair starts growing in places you never want it to grow. I hardly have to shave my legs much anymore :))) this is a good thing, of course. The bikini wax or cream is a thing of the past, in fact sally now has the sparsest softest fur. But I have to pluck my chin, wax my lip, and keep one irritating hair pulled from a boob!

Sis, each decade gets faster and faster. I remember being 13, I remember clearly how I felt and what I was thinking and like you I thought 21 was soo far away.

All right "kids" that is not always true. I am 53 and I am not having any of your problems. I do not have upper lip hair or chin hair I still have to shave my legs (rats) and I am German and Russian. Germans do tend to have a bit of facial hair... maybe I got lucky.

Hi Sissygrl Im lucky Im not hairy at all.LOL But my friend has hair on her chin and she plucks it too. I really dont know why women get hair on their chin. I dont think its good to pluck it or shave it because only more hairs will grow.

actually plucking will make the hair softer. That is why some of us who in our youth over tweezed our eyebrows and now stuck with thin curved brows. But now never never shave that truly will make them grow back thicker and more of them. Pluck pluck pluck

my moms eyebrows, cause she plucked for so long started to not grow in as thick. So she doesn't have to pluck as much. I asked a .. one of those people who waxes your hair .. ethstetic ? anyways, i asked her if that happens for everyone and she said only some people the hair stops growing after plucking so long!

I have one stray hair that grows on my chest. It seems to grow out overnight. It is a really fine light blond hair, so I don't notice it until it is about an inch or two long. I just pluck that sucker every time it pops out.

I personally don't have any yet, but that's probably due to the fact that I'm only 18. I do believe that the older you get, the more likely it is that you'll get facial hair of some hair. The idea of it really grosses me out, but I know it's true. I see these older women and they have little chin hairs or mustaches, and it creeps me out. I don't have an explanation for why yours doesn't grow when you're pregnant but does when you're not. I do know that if/when I start getting them, it's getting shaved off lol. But, I hope you do recieve some helpful information.

LOL. I have a stray hair that grows out from my eyebrowz...it is lower than the rest of my eyebrown and it is verey obvious so I pluck it. It is there because I crashed into a huge oak chair when I was little and got a black eye and a scar and now I have to deal with this hair. Drives me nuts. Laser hair removal would be the only way to go...at least you don't have it soming out of your tear ducts. There is a woman at school that 2-3 hairs grow out of her tear ducts.

I dont beleive I have any stray hairs growning anywhere...... Nope cant think of any. When I was little I did have a skin tag in my armpit and I member my dad taking me to go get it removed. They loped a string around it and pulled it tight and off it came. I member looking and seen blood and I passed out and had a seizure they told me. I woke up to smelling this stuff they put under my nose that I guess was supposed to make me wake up and then they told me I passed out and had a seizure and then started asking me questions like whats my name where am i. that kind of stuff.

because its so small that thats the only way they can get it close enough to your skin without harming the rest of your skin im guessing

I understand what you are saying, what is it with that chin hair? It grows and will not lay down and pops up at the most inopportune time. this is from a womans' point of view. If you shave it that just makes it worse, the best thing to do is just pluck it out. It still grows back but not as fast.

Well, Lil Sis, I guess after reading everyone elses responses I should feel real lucky that I am a hairless wonder. Nope I do not have any weird stray hairs that crop up anywhere. I do not even have to pluck my eyebrow anymore. They just sort of stay the same shape that they have for a long time now. I never did pluck them real thin like some people. I just shaped them nice. I do not think that women get hairier as they get older. I think they are less hairy. Their hair just gets a little coarser as it gets grey or white. That may make it seem more apparent. I don't know. All I know is I don't have any. Ha Ha. Shalom~Adoniah
