or color vision deficiency, in humans is the inability to perceive differences between some of the colors that other people can distinguish. It is most often of genetic nature, but may also occur because of eye, nerve, or brain damage, or due to exposure to certain chemicals.
this is what wikipedia says about color blindness. I seem to have such a "disability". I never paid to much attention to it, because it didn't... "hurt". I mean, i know i have some problems with colours, but i didn't thought i don't see colours, just that i don't know them (i thought i'm able to see all the colours and distinguish between them, but just couldn't know how to name them). Well, i took a test (a part of a test, to be more exact) for colour blindness, called the Ishihara test, as part of my medical examination for the driver's license, and seems like i could have problems gettin' a job in some places with my disability.
It's said that mostly the males have this disability (it's estimated that 10% of the males are colour blind. Well, if you didn't take a test for colour blindness, you could be too, and not even knowing it.
If you are interested in taking a short test, you can visit this website. http://colorvisiontesting.com/ishihara.htm
if you take the test, please take a moment and share the "results". If i counted well, there are 9 plates there. I can only see the number in the first plate. And another number in another plate, but not the correct one.

I have heard of people having this. I have had optic nertius which causes blindness in my eyes and also double vision. i have multiple sclrosis so it is comman to have this from my illness. Of course my illness has everything to do with nerves. I have heard a few people going color blind with this also. I haven't yet.
