Ever had a rough time getting over a break-up? Ever wished you could stay home and drown your sorrows with a bucket of ice crem, but not miss the day's pay? Well if you work for Tokyo-based Hime & Company, you might just have that chance. According to CEO Miki Hiradate, "Not everyone needs to take maternity leave but with heartbreak, everyone needs time off, just like when you get sick," Interestingly enough, the older you are, the more time you get. If you are 24 or under you get 1 day per year, if you are 25 to 30 years old you get 2 days, and if you are older than that you get 3 days. Would you have ever wanted one of these days?

You better believe it! Although, for me (now) it would more like dealing with kids or other family stress when I would want a day off.
