Which business is the worst for making you hold while on the phone?

I get so frustrated sometimes when calling businesses, you need alot of spare time on your hands and patience and phone credit. Was curious to know what you experiences are when calling businesses, which one is the worst? How long did you have to wait on the phone before someone attended the call? Sometimes when I call Virginmobiles I have waited on the phone for up to 20 minutes. It is very frustrating!! Other businesses that also have long waiting periods: Centrelink , Child Support Agency and Telstra. I think these companies need to hire more staff.
