How can we choose? BUY OR RENT?

I think everyone may want have their own house. But nowadays, the properties are almost very expensive. It's hard to buy our own home, but rent a home also make us under stress.
A report in Australia said"Analysts are predicting that rents in some capital cities could rise by as much as 24 per cent over the next two years due to chronic property shortages. Average vacancy rates across the country are at an historic low of only 1.66 per cent and the situation is expected to get worse before it gets better. An annual property review conducted by Advisor Edge has estimated that rental prices for houses in Sydney, Perth and Darwin will increase by between 10 and 12 per cent over 2008 and all captital cities saw increases of 8 per cent or more during 2007."
My God! How can we live in the future?

It is always better to have our own house, because of the investment value. House is a big investment. Ofcourse it is very difficult to build a house, but once it is built one can relax and be proud that one had made a wonderful investment for the future. Hard work alone pays!

It is no doubt that everyone wants to have their own property. If they haven't finacial problems, they will be buy their own house as soon as possible. Why we need pay the money to support the landlord's home loan? Why do not pay for our own's?
The price of the property increased so fast these years in Australia. I think after some years, may be it will be more difficult than now to have our own's property.
If you can buy it now, do not wait!
