Any nice tv show to recommend?

I seems to be short of english shows. Can anyone recommend me any nice new ones? The last 1 i watched was heroes 1. N i almost got killed by boredom.. thk coz the 1st part rather boring.

if you want a new one the perfect is the prison brake or smallville but i also like a lot the charmed!!!!
