Fed up with leapfrogs

I have leaped at least 6 articles in the past 2 weeks and they have not moved. I read on the boards that there was a bug in the system that was causing leapfrogs to not be accepted, but they say nothing about the ratings they go through after they have been accepted. If they are not rated after being accepted, what's the point in rewriting? I do it in order to improve my skills. How do I know if I've improved if there is no rating? They all just sit there and don't budge a bit. I am not writing any more on Helium until I get an answer as to why this happens. I'm not saying that all of them should jump to number one, but I don't think that each and everyone should stay exactly where it is. Even if one moved down, at least then I'd know it's being rated and I need to improve my writing.
