it's snowing!!!!!

I live in Missouri and it seems like we don't get much snow anymore. The weatherman is calling for 10 inches of snow today and tomorrow. It finally started to snow about 20 minutes ago. I didn't think that it would snow because they are always wrong. I really hope we get a lot of snow so we can go sledding. Do you like snow? Do you get much snow? If so do you go out and play in it?

I hate snow. I also live in Missouri about an hour from you I think. I was hoping the the weather report was wrong. My son's school decided to let out early before it even started snowing about 20 minutes ago. I cannot wait for winter to be over.

I prefer the hot summer months, thus, have no idea why I live in Central Illinois..ha! We, too, are expected to get up to 8 to 10 inches and are currently under a winter weather advisory. Right now it's just cold, but I've been keeping an eye on my Desktop Weather, which features a 600-radius weather radar. The only reason I'm hoping for all this snow this afternoon and tonight is so the kids will have a snow day tomorrow!! They haven't had one yet this year and it would be fun to have them home all day, drinking hot chocolate, snuggling up to good books and watching movies....

I prefer the spring rather than winter but if it's going to be winter then I would like to have some snow to go sledding. I downloaded the weatherbug for my computer today. I had a different one but it quit working. Drinking hot chocolate and snuggling up to good books sounds like a good plan. Have a great day and I hope you get to enjoy a snow day with your kids.

I has been pouring down snow today - and it looks like good packing snow, great for sledding or building snowmen in. we are only suposed to get 3 or so inches though, bummer.
have fun!
we tend to roll our eyes when we see the stores with a bunch of sleds on display - as we never get enough for fun!

I know there are a lot of people that don't like snow, but I actually love it!
I live here in Texas, and we don't get that much snow here, I used to drive a truck, and I spent 12 years driving in the snow and I loved it!
When It rains or snows here, I actually feel relaxed, and I can actually get some rest!

We are sick of it in Minnesota so you can have it in Missouri. Normally I love winter and the snow but this last blizzard we had with -36 degree windchills has put the end to my love of winter for this year. When I am not sick of it...yes. I go out and play with my granddaughter in it. I love to cross country ski too....but for now you can have what's left for the winter! LOL

Yeah, I live in Missouri also and if I didn't have to work tomorrow I would probably be excited my the 10 inches forecast we already had one good snow on Dec.15 that is good enough for me. Don't care to play in it use to with my girls when they were little and I have built a snowman with the grandkids. I myself say come on spring its only 49 days away. Have a great day!
