Recession, are we there?

How many of you think that we are "already" in a recession? My enablility to keep a job due to the continous outsourcing to other countries for cheaper labor has caused me to learn to live within my husbands income. I now am trying to learn to work at home on the Internet. I spend alot of time watching the markets reading the news on Yahoo and have come to the conclusion that we are in a recession. I am not the only one in my local area looking for employment, so many others that I have worked with are still looking. Just wanting to see how many others are in this predicament, and believe that the cost for higher fuel, energy and food is a sign of harder times to come.
