Why do I keep seeing new sites being advertised that pay through paypal.

Ok as far as I knew paypal was quitting business with paypal yet I keep seeing brand new ptc sites that are paying with paypal advertised on clisense so how can this be? The latest one I saw was hotbux.info.
Why are brand new sites being allowed to pay out with paypal but sites like adbux that have been around for a year have had their account banned. I don't understand.

a lot of sites are still able to use paypal, their accounts were just frozen until they cleared up their paperwork. some sites chose not to or didn't have the proper paperwork and/or were denied.
paypal doesn't want to go anywhere and has no plans to!

I actually have noticed this just like you have it seems like everything now is paying you through paypal and not by check or anything else which I find a little weird myself. I have actually heard somewhere that they are trying to get rid of checks so that all you pay with is debit cards and when you need to pay your bills you have to pay them online but my question to them is what about the few people that dont have a computer or the older people who may not know how to work a computer because the have never had one?

Advercash is offerning the debit card but it cost $30 one time fee to get it I would not pay that kind of fee for a card.
