all different ways it is never the same, I like meat sauce with spaghetini, sometimes with pepperoni, sometimes not, lots of cheese on top.

San Gorgio #9 and Hunts Tomato Sauce. A little bit of sugar and celery salt. It was what I was raised on. My mom called it quick supper and I still love it now, some thirty years later.

How do I like my spaghetti? I love making the sauce from scratch to me it just taste better that way and I can add what I want to it as it is cooking especially mushrooms. If I don't have time I use Prego spaghetti sauce or Hunts spaghetti sauce and I like my noodles regular. Not thin, thin cooks faster but I like the full size spaghetti. I sometimes will take my spaghetti sauce and use it on Mostaccioli noodles, just as good.

I tend to buy the cheap sauce, then add my own spices. I put tons of parsley, and some oregano, basil, seasoning salt, paprika, blackened seasoning, lemon pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in it, which I think makes it taste delicious. I also like to put mushrooms, and maybe a little bit of sausage into it. I use a bit of everything when it comes to the type of pasta I put the sauce over. Mostly I use angel hair, spaghetti, or rotini.

i like mine seafood style.i have ate one in a restaurant that specializes in italian cuisine.it has crabsticks, shrimp, tuna, clams, mussels and squid.the sauce is marianra sauce but stir-fried first with ginger because it removes the fishy and ocean smell of the seafoods.it is topped with parmessan cheese and served with garlic bread.i loved it that even at home i cooked one.
