Who here can get an S rank on every level?

I know I cant :P I've been playing Devil May Cry since it was first conceived, but I cant, nor will i ever, be able to get an S rank on every level :( the highest I can ever get to an S is if I do all the levels on easy mode. What about you? Were you slick and fast enough to race to an S ranking? Im actually interested to find out if many people can make it that high.
