How would i know, you might asked me, but there are some people saying if I reaches 60 years of age, I will be happy, some says, 70, some 80, some 90, some 100 and others say, I like to live longer. For me between 70 to 90 will be fine, how about you?

I would like to go on for as long as I am healthy and not having any other problems that would make my existence miserable.

Thanks for responding. Of course we would like to live the longest, but if you are in bed because of your being old it is a pity. Yes, we all must be healthy.

I live till I'm 80 or I'm still strong and can live by myself, maybe until 90 or even 100. I don't wanna live that long if I am sickly and would have to be attended by my kids or grandkids or nurses. I don't be a burden to anyone so I'll try my best to be fit to live longer.

Thanks for the response. We have the same thinking. What we can do to live a life that is healthy and not sickly.
