Well the month of January is over, What did you do in January? What did you accomplish? Did you make any New Year's Resolutions? Did you stick to them?I made a resolution to quit smoking but that didn't stick. Me and my boyfriend are going to write up contracts tonight with dates that we will agree to quit smoking on that date and we will both sign them. It's very hard to quit. What are your goals, plans for February?I plan to have a great Valentine's date with my boyfriend. I plan to spend more time with my friends and talk with my family more on the phone (they live far away). I also plan to pay my debt down more. Make more money online. I just started a blog in January so I am going to try and write in it every day or two. www.newfette.blogspot.com

This January, I wanted to start the year right at my job. I promised myself that I would have a good attendance record at work. I am glad to say that I am successful in fulfilling this promise. I am a lot more punctual now than ever. This year, if there's one thing I would like to eliminate from my bad habits is the habit of procrastination.

i quit because my new wife asked me to do so..that was 22 years ago january.. at one time i did not think i would or could give up cigerettes..but one day you will ...as i did...now i have to lose the weight i gainned from over eating and lack of exercise..this has been a constant battle of the bulge for a long time..smoking and booze is easy to give up compared to giving up eating the wrong foods and lack of exercise..that takes another kind of will power..lol but this too can be done if you have the faith..good luck
