From what I have been reading about tnicc-online I was
under the impression that it is no longer a free PTC site,
you have to pay to re-join. Today I found out you can sign
up for a free account at www.tnicc-online.net. I am still
piqued that I was almost at payout when they shut down
before and will not get paid for what I lost, but at least
we can join for free and try them again now. The links are
now mostly 1 cent, and not as many of them, but hopefully
I will get paid this time around.

Thanks for sharing this information. I have been paid by them once. My second payout request happened during that time when they revamped. I was never paid the second time too. I do trust them as I have been paid once. I hope this time round, I'll be paid again. Thanks. Good luck to us both.
