Any onel ike to workout

I do,but I am not seeing any weight come off.APro Said to lose the pound ,you should try to workout from 45 to 2hr to lose .My job has cut down my hours so this is agood time to checkout this tip.

to loose weight cardio exercise is best, get your heart rate up, treadmil, eliptical, ect. I workout too, but to build muscle, so i dont do cardio

I like to work out. It makes me feel good. If I skip a day though it takes a lot for me to push my self back into working out. And that is although I know that I feel good while exercising and after wards I feel real good. But the actual exercising I like to do.
