I was reading one of those newsletter full of interesting fact and it stated the first balloon was made in 1824. What was even more interesting was Montgomery Ward started selling them for 40 cents a dozen in 1907. I guess balloon prices haven't gone up much since 1907. Did you even know Montgomery Ward was in business that long ago? What else has maintained it's prices through the years that well? Can anyone think of anything?
