Sibling drama, does it ever end? Jail, drugs, pregnancies... no end in site!

Okay so I have 5 sisters, but only two sisters share the same mother AND the same father. Okay, of those two sisters, one is very close to me and always has been. The other, well, she has always been the dramatic one, the one to find all kinds of drama to juice up her life. She did the teenage pregnancy thing. She did and still does the drug thing. She has done the spur of the moment marriage thing (twice), she has given birth to a total of 3 kids, and has abandoned all of them (I have my niece, and my ex brother in law has his 2 boys). Her latest escapade is she is in jail (again) and trying to get my mom to post bail for her. Her bail is 20,000 dollars, and yea my mom would only have to put up 10% of that, but it is a huge risk, because my sister would likely run. So, I am trying to convince my mom NOT to post bail. My sister is 30 and needs to grow up and start paying for her actions and act like an adult for crying out loud. I've given my mom all the reasons that I can think of to not pay the bail. Now, I'm asking you all, give me some added reasons to give my mom. My mom has a very soft heart, and knowing that one of her children is in jail. I'm going nuts here. We are not a wealthy family, in fact if you go by today's standards, we qualify as poor. Okay, now everyone, post away! Give me any and all suggestions. Thanks!
