How do u insert photos?

How do u insert photos on Mylot. i inserted an album. but i dunno how to insert my face photo which could be easily seen by others..

hello ameyd, go into "edit your preferences" on the left there and up an avatar from your files, welcome to Mylot and have fun with it all...
