In your opinion, what is the worst possible way to die? (If you would like to go into detail without being too graphic, of course, feel free!) Why would it be so bad to die in a certain manner? I know most people would rather die peacefully in their sleep with little or no pain. Is this true of you also? Why or why not?

I think that seeing it coming would be the most horrifying thing you could experience. Knowing that you're about to die and not being able to do anything about it. I think dying in just about any way besides in your sleep would be horrible.
But ... I have to say, having choked several times that that might just be the worst to me. Knowing what it feels like to try desperately to draw a breath and being unable to.... that's some scary sh!t!
I don't want to live forever, by any means, but.... I hope to go at 99 in my sleep, knowing that I lived a good life and gave love and received it as best I could. I want to go knowing that I made the lives of the people I loved better in some way for having known me.
