Thanks for looking and your kind words about my blog! It was unexpected to find my item featured in her blog and kind of fun. Last night I received an message on Etsy from another member that they saw my item on her blog. I really made the pendant for a contest on Etsy, after my original entry sold two hours after it was listed. Thanks again for the response and have a great weekend!

Etsy is a very competitive site, so go with the craft you are best at! I sell handmade jewelry which happens to be the most saturated catagory on Etsy. I list earring yesterday, only to notice there were over 120,000 pairs already listed. My advice to you, do what you enjoy doing and what you are best at. And be ready to promote, promote and then-promote some more. The Etsy community is a lot of fun and it's also very competitive. Eventually, with promoting, you'll find your customers and develop a niche market. Good Luck and let us know what your shop name is...I'll stop by and visit!
