He has been the world's richest man for over 2 decades and has continued to rule the software market though to the continous competetion from google.... What do you think is his secret???

I disagree with you becouse no business can run without these tactics and if you have to stay up to the competetion ...you got to work it dat way????

I am not a Microsoft fan. However, Gates has developed a brilliant suite of products. Kept the company within his control and is/employs talented sales people. Apple do the same. Having created world dominance in software, he has then kept purchasers faithful by developing integrated software (not as good as Apple in my opinion) and delivered it at a competitive price. For many companies now, it is a case of "what's the alternative?", and there isn't any. His other great achievement is through ensuring that Microsoft products are bundled with PC manufacturers hardware. You buy the PC, you get the software.

In my opinion, he is a master genius business mind. You may not like some of his tactics but thats what all business is about, Mind & Tactics
