Thick Hair

I always had really thick hair when I was younger. I still do have my hair (lol) it is just much finer and I've lost a little in the front center (which of course, I do not like). Anyway, I'm 60 years young and wondering is there any vitamin or hair product that actually could help my hair grow in thicker? Thanks
