I have always tried to lose weight by joinig gym, but was not able to. Excercising is not so interesting that's why I found a fun way to fitness..."SALSA"Do you know that word 'salsa' comes from 'echale salsita'. meaning 'spice it up'. The best place to learn to salsa is at classes that provide you with the basic techniques and then go on to teach new steps and movements. YOU NEED: Clothing and shoes with some slip to make dance moves properly. Trainers and other rubber-soled shoes are unsuitable. WORK ON: legs, arms, back, shoulders, and buttocks. It sounds like fun, but I think you forgot one other thing that you would need...Rythym. I have none so while I would love to try it, I would be too afraid of making a fool out of myself!
