I just heard on the news that the state of Arkansas was taking the charge for using credit cards out of the tips the waiters & waitresses get. That's awful!! I think the law is changing but it's ridiculous.

That's totally bizarre. Waiters and waitresses don't earn enough an hour anyway and rely on their tips to survive. The restaurant surely can afford to pay the small percentage for credit card useage. Thought it was something like 3%. Please let us know if this law passes and when it goes into effect. I feel so bad for any waiter or waitress in Arkansas that has to deal with this silly law.
