What's the longest time you've slept?

Just a thought.. because I just woke up about 3hours ago after sleeping for about 16 hours! lol
I think i'd make a good bear, especially during hibernation months :P
BUT, i can also not sleep for three days! jeez! lol.. i should have a healthier lifestyle! :P
