every sunday we have a roast dinner, do you? if so whats your favourite roast?

I love a sunday dinner and try to do one every sunday! My favourite is pork but I tend to try to do a different meat each time. So what about you whats your favourite? And if you are vegetarian what sorts of things do you do? And has anyone got any tips that they have picked up about how to make a sunday roast even better?

I love adding cut up potatoes or red potatoes and onions
to anything that I roast. It's very healthy.
