When you are stressed out, what type of music do you listen to, to help you relax? For me, I crank up something loud, doesn't really matter what genre of music it is, but I just need it to be really really loud! :) Share your favorite "relaxing" music.

wow I've met my polar opposite. :o) It is hard for me to listen to mellow music when I'm stressed, for some reason it just irritates me more. I'm weird what can I say? LOL

i like punk and sublime is my alltime favorite band because punk is so ... unorganized that it just gives you that out you need to be yourself and nothing more. sublime is my fave because it's os out there with any kind of genre you can think of...they do it all

Sublime is outstanding! My hubby has loved them for a few years, which means I end up liking them too. :O)

I like to listen to Dispatch, Slightly Stoopid, and any other reggae/rock bands. Matisyahu and David Gray too.

This might be really weird for you but any heavy metal, altern rock and louder helps me ralex, sleep, concentrate and everything! If Im lying in bed listening to music with my ipod, I start falling asleep. Especially to slipknot and linkin park.

not weird at all! Like I said, I listen to anything loud, and yes that includes heavy metal and alternative rock. :O) I'm a fan of linkin park myself, though not so much with slipknot...
