At what age were you happiest?

People often say that their childhood was the best time of their life, others their college years, and some the time that they started a family or got married. I have a lot of my life still ahead of me, but I just wondered what age you felt that you were happiest with the way your life was?

I think the happiest moment of my life when I havne't had a baby yet was when I graduated from highschool Everybody was there, even my father who doesn't see us regularly bothered to see me. But I can say now that the most precious moment is holding the baby you've just born for the first time. Its a policy now that newborns should be put on the mother's stomach right after they are delivered and that was what happened when I gave birth to my first born. I can't talk much about my second child because I was unconscious then, but the happiness I felt when I first carried her can't be explained.

I'm in my late 20's now and happier than I have ever been. My childhood sucked. I started a family and got married before I was out of my teens. Now that I am approaching 30 I can honestly say these are the happiest days of my life. I'm sure as I get older and all my children are grown and out of the house and I only have grandchildren to spoil my opinion will change. But for the years I have lived I am definitely happiest now.
