"Purchasing" Referrals?

Do any of you know a website that allows you to buy referrals? I was just wondering because I'm a member of a few gpt sites and I haven't been so successful when it comes to referring members. I heard some people mention that you can "buy" referrals but I don't know if that's legit or not.

There are somany...but don't be quick...first ask some friends about it and then only go for it...because there chances to lose the money....Making money from internet is a good work but if we donot take care it will be some huge wastage like money or time...Most important is time...There are a lot of good money offering sites...but at the same level there are scam sites...
I prefer mylot as my number one money making site...
There are a lot of others...
