CJ7 is a comedy about a poor laborer father (played by Stephen Chow) and his young son. When a fascinating and strange new pet enter their lives, they learnt a poignant lesson about the true nature of family and the things money cant buy. I just cant wait to watch this movie at 7 of february!!!

Do you all know that young "son" is actually a real girl? That's how Stephen Chow always makes his movie. He loves to turn the actor/actress into something that is totally opposite than their real nature.

Hi rirby. I too have watched CJ7 with my husband. Though both of us are quite disappointed as we were expecting some 'kungfu' act from Stephen Chow, the other side of us thought the movie was brilliant. True Chow has come out from his 'comfort zone' but we couldn't run from the fact that he is a kungfu guy. Anyway, the CGI was great and so was the alien dog-look-alike. I also like the fact that I didn't notice at all that the little boy was actually a girl in the real life (though I have to admit that she is so cute)! Anyhow, congratulations to Stephen Chow for being brave in making investment for this type of movie. This movie is so recommended for family viewing since it has moral values such as appreciating our parents while they're still alive and not taking them for granted (we won't get second chance like them in the movie though).
