another modus on thieves at atm centers

Another modus that Police has recently discovered, was that some person insert a device in the part where the cash is released that blocks the bills from coming out of the slot. When the bank user thinks the money is not coming out and leaves the ATM booth,those behind it enter and collect the cash. (This event is happened in the Philippines)

Wow that's a new one, as I remember that they also have a case about it previously. That modus was about a device that reads your atm account number, the other one was with the aid of a close-circuit camera installed somewhere around the booth.
I wonder why all of these is happening, where there should be security guards that should watch these criminal activities..

Yeah thats right...we hope and pray that the government support on solving that problem.If thats the case people wound definitely use their credit cards,because they cant bring much cash inside their pockets and bags coz there are a lot of snatchers and holdapers..oh God bless philippines.
