Is Pecunix (online payment system) down

I started an account in Pecunix - an online currency like paypal/egold - but have found the site to be unaccessible/down. I have a program that pays through pecunix and I havent been able to use Pecunix due to this problem. Can any of you enlighten me about the problem if you know anything?
