Want to gain some weight and look healthy..

I am 24 years Old. I am around 53 to 55 KG. I want to know how can I increase my weight. I don't want to e fatty but a little healthy. I eat daily properly but still it doesn't works out for me.

YOu are right about not eating fatty food. I think you should prefer more protein and you should do sports regularly and it won't take a long time to feel you are looking better :)

I havbe the same problem, and my doctor advised me to eat peanut butter, eggs, milk, and ice cream to gain wait. Imagine that! Doctors order to eat ice cream! Getting some exercise will help build muscle mass, too, so you won't appear so thin.

I have the same problem. When I gain weight, then the fat stays in undesirable parts of my body. I don't know what to do. I don't eat fatty foods anymore. Try to eat dairy products. I hope it works for you. For me, doesn't.

eat foods high in protein. you could also join a gym and work on building some muscle if you don't already exercise. that would be a healthy way to add a few pounds.
