of course people are cutting back, thats why bush is proposing a tax rebate, to get people out in the world and spend their money recklessly to pump up the economy. its horrible, americans are horrible about saving their money and now that they see changes on the horizon, hopefully they are putting some serious money into their savings accounts. this was a shameless plug to get people to read your article

Yes, people are cutting back. Many of them don't really have a choice...it's either cut back or risk losing their hose =( I think gone are the days when people could just eat out 'cause they wanted to, whenever. And it looks like it can only get worse from here. Makes me wonder how far people will have to go, to survive.
