handclap is very important for your health

now my body is very healthy.bu in the pasttime it does't like this. i find a very good way for you become healthy:handclap! energize !do it 1000 times per day, after a month ,you will find the change in your body! I am a chinese man ,my english isn't very well.but i am pure-hearted. it is supported by china medical!

That could be a good way to exercise. But I personally engage in a more intense form of exercise since I'm still young. I might be just doing clapping when I get older! Happy clapping anyway!!
